How to Apply
Thank you for your interest in participating in a CollegeLife Summer Missions Trip this year! Please read each step carefully so that you make sure to complete the entire application process. If you have any questions at any point in this process, please email Ronnie Davis at Ronnie@collegelife.org.
- 1. Complete each portion of the online application on Tuggle. Information about each trip can be found at www.collegelife.org/missions
- 2. Print out this *Self Evaluation Form and turn it into Ronnie Davis’ box at the Mill by February 12th.
- 3. Print out this *Spiritual Leader Recommendation and give it to the leader who knows you best. The completed recommendation letter will need to be in Ronnie Davis’ box at the Mill by February 12th.
- 4. Print out this *Peer Recommendation and give it to a roommate or close friend of the same gender. This completed letter will also need to be in Ronnie Davis’ box at the Mill by February 12th.

- 5. Submit the $40 deposit in an envelope with your name on it to Ronnie Davis’ box at the Mill by February 12th.
- 6. Apply for your passport if you don’t already have one. For more information on the passport process, click here. You must have applied for your passport before you can choose the trip you want to go on. A passport is required for all six trips, including Mexico.
Once you are accepted, we will send you an email explaining how to sign up for the trip you want to go on.
Your next steps are to:
- 1. Compile a list of addresses and email addresses of family and friends who you will ask to be part of your sending team. You will need to bring this list to your first team meeting.
- 2. Begin saving money. Summer trips require many different types of sacrifice and it is important to begin your preparations by prioritizing your finances. The first financial deadline will be in early March.
